At Clace Windows Cleaning we believe in forming long term relationships with our customers and thus proudly run our business on principles of honesty and integrity. There are no hidden fees and we never charge a penny more for regular window cleaning services.

We offer a flat rate of $11 per standard window cleaning of any type for residential and $14 for commercial properties. Just count your windows and you will know exactly how much it will cost to have them professionally cleaned. Please note there is a minimum charge of $60 per service.

Some windows require extra time and labor in order to complete the job and achieve spotless results. Such windows entail special window washing services that may include a small additional charge of $2 – $5 per window. Here are a few examples of special window washing services:

First time cleaning of windows that haven’t been washed for more than 3 years;
Post construction window washing which involves removal of glue, paint, cement or other build up on windows
Special, custom-made, multi-pane and uncommonly oversized windows
